EXPLAIN for CSS2 & CSS3 selectors

Very neat technology demonstration. Takes selectors and renders them into plain English (or Spanish). Micah says it's based on a full CSS3 parser in Python, but I couldn't find any source. Good stuff, natheless. Nice form design as well.
